The sky is dark. The office is like a bunker with metal hurricane shutters covering the windows. Hanna is still stalled over Haiti, where she killed 5 people last night due to mudslides and heavy rain. She has been downgraded to a tropical storm, (winds below 75 miles per hour) but Hanna's winds are at 60 mph, and she is expected to regain strength as a hurricane when she crosses the sea to us.
We bought some food, and a tabletop stove that uses gas spray bombs to cook. We have canned goods and water, but we are hoping that Hanna passes us by.
